1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy – just fill out the ordering form or send an e-mail to biuro@sztukaprzetrwania.pl stating the names and amounts of ordered products and delivery address.
In response to your order you will receive an order with the price and bank account number, where the payment should be made.

All orders are shipped by Polish Post Office, immediately after confirmation of receiving the payment.

2. How much is the shipping?

All orders are shipped by Polish Post Office.

Shipping costs (Europe, Canada, USA):
- up to 1 kg - 12.80 EUR/16 USD,
- 1 - 2 kg - 14.00 EUR/17.20 USD,
- 2 - 3 kg - 15.00 EUR/18.50 USD,
- 3 - 4 kg - 17.00 EUR/21.00 USD,
- 3 - 5 kg - 19.20 EUR/23.70 USD,
- 5 - 10 kg - 21.30 EUR/26.50 USD,
- over 10 kg cost is negotiated individually.

Shipping costs (other continents):
- up to 1 kg - 14.00 EUR/17.20 USD,
- 1 - 2 kg - 15.00 EUR/18.50 USD,
- 2 - 3 kg - 16.50 EUR/20.30 USD,
- 3 - 4 kg - 18.00 EUR/22.50 USD,
- 3 - 5 kg - 19.20 EUR/23.70 USD,
- 5 - 10 kg - 28.00 EUR/34.50 USD,
- over 10 kg cost is negotiated individually.

3. How should I pay for the order?

In response to your order you will receive an order with the price and bank account number, where the payment should be made. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.

4. Can I pay on arrival of the parcel?

Unfortunately for the time being we cannot offer this kind of service.
